What events are covered?

Illness or accidental injury during the trip, including the treatment of an epidemic or pandemic disease like COVID-19.

Coverage up to €100,000 per customer for emergency medical treatment, up to €150 per customer for emergency dental treatment, up to €1,000 per customer for search, rescue, and recovery.

Trip interruption

What events are covered?

It is not possible or feasible to continue the trip as planned due to, for example: a serious accidental injury or an unexpected severe illness, including epidemic or pandemic illnesses like COVID-19.

Coverage up to €200 per customer.

Trip departure delay

What events are covered?

Any delay by the transportation company of at least 4 hours.

Coverage up to €150 per customer.

Luggage and delay in delivery

What events are covered?

Damage/loss of luggage or luggage delay of at least 24 hours.

Coverage up to €750 per customer for lost luggage and up to €75 per customer for luggage delay.

Teleconsultation

Access to guidance, information, and personalized assistance provided by healthcare professionals through remote communication techniques (via telephone and video consultation) regarding your general medical inquiries.

Travel assistance service

Personal emergency assistance, for example in case of illness or loss of means of payment during the trip; Additionally, information services for issues related to security, money, and authorities.
